  • We accept Shop Pay . Payments must be made in full before orders are processed.
  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may be subject to delays beyond our control.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders.
  • We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to courier errors, but we will assist in resolving issues.
  • Prepaid Customs & Duties (Europe, Canada, USA & Australia)
  • As of 21 January 2026, Aurelle Attire is trialling prepaid customs and duties for orders shipped to Europe, Canada, the United States, and Australia. Product pricing on our website has been updated to reflect this change.
  • All orders to these destinations are shipped via UPS or DPD*. While we aim to cover applicable customs and duties upfront, any additional charges incurred after shipment — including but not limited to local taxes, handling fees, or unforeseen customs assessments — will remain the responsibility of the buyer.

*Other couriers may be used if shipping timeframe is more suitable for delivery. 

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Standard Items: Eligible for returns within 14 days of receipt in unused, original condition.
  • Made-to-Order & Bespoke Items: Non-refundable unless faulty or not as described.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned items.
