- Standard Items: Eligible for returns within 14 days of receipt in unused, original condition.
- Made-to-Order & Bespoke Items: Non-refundable unless faulty or not as described.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned items.
- Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
How long does it take to receive my dress?
Please note that all online orders have a 12-week + lead time, unless otherwise stated as in stock. This time allows us to craft your dress with the care and attention to detail it deserves. We recommend ensuring your dream dress is ordered with plenty of time before your wear date to avoid any last-minute rush.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by destination. Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your location and are the customer’s responsibility.
