What is the return policy?

We’re here to assist you every step of the way and ensure your experience is as seamless as possible.

  • In Stock Items: Eligible for returns within 14 days of receipt in unused, original condition.
  • Made-to-Order & Bespoke Items: Non-refundable unless faulty or not as described.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned items.
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
How long does it take to receive my dress?

Please note that all online orders have a 12-week + lead time, unless otherwise stated as in stock. This time allows us to craft your dress with the care and attention to detail it deserves. We recommend ensuring your dream dress is ordered with plenty of time before your wear date to avoid any last-minute rush.
Do you ship internationally?


Yes, we ship all over the world! Just keep in mind that import duties and taxes vary depending on where you live — these are set by your country and aren’t included in our pricing.
Can I customise my dress?

Want to tweak the length? Add sleeves? Or sprinkle in a little extra sparkle? We love helping brides put their own stamp on their dress.

Can I try on in store?

We’re based in the North West of England, UK, on Newton-le-Willows High Street, and love welcoming brides to our Aurelle Bridal boutique. You can try our store samples in person and get a feel for the fit, fabric, and style.
